All networks that have been set to 18+ as their network category can now upgrade to Zocku from within their admin system.

When you login to http://my.socialgo.com/ you will see a new range of options and click any of these will start you on the upgrade process.

    hey jerry,my site is already going through small bugs. i have a member that has uploaded a bunch of clips;but mentioned he uploaded a few more that did not show up on the site. also suddenly my pages are not fully loading. do you know what the cause of that is? http://www.thefetishrepublic.com
    please handle this because i have already promised my members everything zocku has promised me with my premium purchase. thanks

    Whats the latest on the "pay by paypal" for our sites - we where promised it from the outset and now its getting too late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sadly the experience of using the "stable"platform on Friday night UK time has been nothing short of awful. It's very likely I will be taking advantage of your money-back guarantee sooner rather than later.

    And having started to charge, the first thing you do for paying customers is limit the number of invites a network owner can send out within 24 hours, something which another major social network platform never did.

    If the reason you've done this is because you have a couple of rogue networks who are getting many complaints about spam, raise it with them rather than cripple other networks paying for a white label service, and treating your customers like children.

    If the reason is that the SG/Zocku system can't cope with multiple invites (and certainly it's been having problems), then let's have an ETA of when this is going to be fixed and the limits removed.

    I can't understand how you guys can go through with this, knowing that the networks still have so many issues and needs.

    And what are you guys doing with the admin center? Will it stay on SocialGo? or will we have to use a Zocku admin center?

    Are you guys putting up a search on Zocku.com when the networks are all moved over... so if if someone is looking for my network, they can just type it in somewhere.. I haven't seen this on SocialGo either.. so I have to ask that too..

    hi jerry,just wanted to say that,yesterday i was having problems with my site pages fully uploading. i noticed today,that was no longer the case. also noticed a few little miscellaneous upgrades and that was kool also. but i hate to say that now,for some reason when i create a topic in my forum,for some reason after clicking create topic once i'm done...the page goes white and the status bar saus "done". is there any reason this is happening jerry? http://www.thefetishrepublic.com

    thanks for handling the forum issue rapidly jerry. i have a quick question,well a few questions but i can save the other for later.lol. my question is how come i can remove my notifications and my members are unable to do that with theirs? also will those piled up notifications use up space and cause me to have to upgrade sooner because of that? p.s.this is on the subject of moderators. i was nervous before because of a passed experience in which moderators had way too much control on another "unnamed server/host" that led to a moderator editing my lay out and on another separate occasion a moderator removed the photos tab and i was unable to restore it to my site and members lost all their photo uploads. i never found out exactly what moderator did it of course because at the time i had about 3. but it made me not ever trust mods again because they had too much unnecessary power. i'm pleased to say that socialgo has fixed that by not granting moderators full access to things that could alter a network. this was brilliant not to allow them access to launch administration. that helps big time. thanks for responding jerry.

    and now I can't log in it won't take my password and when I press lost password it says owners need to go to Admin but my site has gone from my old Admin I have 2 sites now only one is there and my nudist site has gone I need a answer fast as I have no way to gt on my own site I'm very upset over this as I just handed over $50.00 bucks and now my site has gone please fix it up fast

    I do not see any new features. The only thing I see is the social go logo has been removed. If I am not mistaken we were told that we can customize our page with a drag a drop feature. I have asked Social Go about customization of the left side of our home page. Where are these new features you guys marketed to us.

    i agree with jewel 1000%. everything was supposed to be done by feb 15,2009. we were also supposed to receive rapid answers to any support we may need. i have asked questions as you see from my last comment and i have not recieved an answer. meanwhile i notice jerry, that you have answered a question that was submitted after mine. i need to know when my site is going to be running on the zocku platform a head of time so i can make arrangements with my registrar godaddy.com,so my people that sign in to my current URL http://www.thefetishrepublic.com will be able to go right to the site. also you say this was going to be an effortless transaction that my members would not notice;but i also heard that we are going to have to go through some type of obstacles to move our members and all their content to ZOCKU. so far, other than that unlimited uploads and white labeling i can't see why i needed to buy the $49.99 package.

    Our site just got transferred last night and there are acouple problems.
    1. Any comment made on a private profile or picture shows in latest activity for all members to see and click on then lets a member who is not a friend see private pictures......not good at all!
    2. Neither members or owner can change profile pictures
    3. Videos loaded from files not working, but embedded vids are.
    Please help ASAP!!!

    One more thing when support tab is clicked in admin site it just takes us to email, but nothing happens.

    Okay i just transfered fast! Good work!
    But i have a lot of complaints.

    1-http://my.zocku.com/public/sign_in.html = not reachable
    2-Where are the promises features? Like chat??
    3- All member friends are deleted
    4- Missing customize our page with a drag a drop feature
    5- Neither members or owner can change profile pictures
    6- Videos loaded from files not working
    7- Mail all members not working
    8- Delay in send message to attendees events.
    9- Html code (embed) not good working.
    10- Password problems when they logged in, also when they request a new password.

    Coupla things. This is not the best place to get urgent help from teh Zocku team. Its more an environment for Zocku users to interact and help each other. While wo come on here to help anyone asking questions, we do prioritize people asking questions at support@zocku.com. So if you need urgenthelp head for there.

    Now to your questions.

    Jewel - you are correct, the only noticable differences are white labelling, and (if you don't have a custom domain) a zocku subdomain. The thing is that during SocialGO beta we let everyone have everything. Now that Beta finished we will be turning off functionality that people do not have paid for. To understand what you get and don't get have a look at the following pricing and features tables for SocialGO and Zocku.

    Regarding the layout manager, we said this is coming soon. It is in testing at the moment and is looking good. We will launch it when it passes testing. Hang in there.

    Solequirter - see comments above. Regarding your migration, we will send you a message to say when it is happening, then once it is done we will send you another message. We are simply working on a first paid first move system. I had a look and yours very soon. Your members will not know any difference.

    i'm very pleased to say that my site has made the full transition from what i can tell, over to the zocku platform. i have to also say,that it was easyily done the way they said it would be. i have all my members and all their content up painlessly.great job you guys.
