And having started to charge, the first thing you do for paying customers is limit the number of invites a network owner can send out within 24 hours, something which another major social network platform never did.
If the reason you've done this is because you have a couple of rogue networks who are getting many complaints about spam, raise it with them rather than cripple other networks paying for a white label service, and treating your customers like children.
If the reason is that the SG/Zocku system can't cope with multiple invites (and certainly it's been having problems), then let's have an ETA of when this is going to be fixed and the limits removed.
And what are you guys doing with the admin center? Will it stay on SocialGo? or will we have to use a Zocku admin center?
Are you guys putting up a search on Zocku.com when the networks are all moved over... so if if someone is looking for my network, they can just type it in somewhere.. I haven't seen this on SocialGo either.. so I have to ask that too..

and now I can't log in it won't take my password and when I press lost password it says owners need to go to Admin but my site has gone from my old Admin I have 2 sites now only one is there and my nudist site has gone I need a answer fast as I have no way to gt on my own site I'm very upset over this as I just handed over $50.00 bucks and now my site has gone please fix it up fast

1. Any comment made on a private profile or picture shows in latest activity for all members to see and click on then lets a member who is not a friend see private pictures......not good at all!
2. Neither members or owner can change profile pictures
3. Videos loaded from files not working, but embedded vids are.

But i have a lot of complaints.
1-http://my.zocku.com/public/sign_in.html = not reachable
2-Where are the promises features? Like chat??
3- All member friends are deleted
4- Missing customize our page with a drag a drop feature
5- Neither members or owner can change profile pictures
6- Videos loaded from files not working
7- Mail all members not working
8- Delay in send message to attendees events.
9- Html code (embed) not good working.
10- Password problems when they logged in, also when they request a new password.
Coupla things. This is not the best place to get urgent help from teh Zocku team. Its more an environment for Zocku users to interact and help each other. While wo come on here to help anyone asking questions, we do prioritize people asking questions at support@zocku.com. So if you need urgenthelp head for there.
Now to your questions.
Jewel - you are correct, the only noticable differences are white labelling, and (if you don't have a custom domain) a zocku subdomain. The thing is that during SocialGO beta we let everyone have everything. Now that Beta finished we will be turning off functionality that people do not have paid for. Regarding the layout manager, we said this is coming soon. It is in testing at the moment and is looking good. We will launch it when it passes testing. Hang in there.
Solequirter - see comments above. Regarding your migration, we will send you a message to say when it is happening, then once it is done we will send you another message. We are simply working on a first paid first move system. I had a look and yours very soon. Your members will not know any difference.
