We are aware that there are some ongoing issues with video encoding which is affecting the success of uploaded videos to your networks. Please be assured that the team is working round the clock to get this fixed and we will update you once it is.

Member Billing 2.0 with ClickandBuy.com.
We're happy to announce the release of the long awaited Member Billing 2.0 for all Zocku networks! We've been working hard to integrate our new system with ClickandBuy.com, giving you the power and control that's needed to create a multi-leveled member subscription solution. Monetizing your network has never been so easy!
You now have the ability to charge people to access premium areas within your site, which is a fantastic way to generate serious revenue and upsell your members from a 'Free' to a 'Paid' account. Want to give your members access to a free trial? No problem! Member Billing 2.0 gives you the chance to provide a 'try before you buy' offer within in your Zocku network, while the system supports multiple billing providers and accepts more forms of currency than ever before.

If you don't have Member Billing already installed, head over to the 'Change My Plan' section in the Admin Centre to activate it. If you already have it, you'll need to head over to the 'Membership Billing' section and click 'Upgrade'.

We are also currently finalising the Merchant Signup Process for ClickandBuy.com for Member Billing 2.0 which we expect to be ready in the next few days. We are currently waiting to hear back from ClickandBuy and they have confirmed they are nearly done! If you try and register directly through ClickandBuy they will not accept you.
Finally, we are rolling out updated video encoding servers this week to improve the sucess rate of encoded videos so failures will dramatically reduce.

GOCart - the Inline Online Zocku Shop
GOCart is here! It's an
easy way to embed a powerful BuyItSellIt.com shopping cart into
your social network under it's own tab.
BuyItSellIt.com is a great online shop builder that allows you
to list and market your products. It supports multiple
currencies, payment methods and shipping options and allows you
to also upload your own HTML and files. This widget takes
all the hassle out of setting up and integrating your BISI Shop
with your Zocku Network.
Setup is easy:
- Firstly, head over to the widget storage to purchase the widget.
- Second, set-up an account directly with BuyitSellit.com by clicking here. (Note: you have the choice to take a free account or a premium account depending upon your needs)
- Then, email support@zocku.com with your Zocku network URL and your login details to your BuyItSellIt.com account.
Within 2 working days we
will setup your store for you under a tab on your network. In
the meantime you can begin to preview your content.
Expansion packs will also be available to purchase on a regular
basis to increase your game arcade selection.
Twitter Connect is here!
Want to get started? Here's
how:
1) Log in to your admin centre (http://my.zocku.com) and head over to the Widget Store to grab Twitter Connect.
2) Move on over
to the Layout Manager and find the newly installed widget in the
'purchased' section. Drag it over to the main admin column on the
left. Once it's there, double click it to open the popup window
and leave it open.
3) Now you need to register your network URL with Twitter as an application. Don't worry! It's easier than it looks. Go to Twitter.com and log in to your account. Then visit the following link and click 'Register a New Application':
4) Fill out the form, guided by the information provided on the widget popup window from your Layout manager. Remember to double check everything when you've finished!
5) Once you have
completed the twitter.com Application registration process,
twitter will show you a number of keys. The only keys we're
interested in are the "Consumer Key" and the "Consumer Secret".
Paste both of these into the widget popup
window.
Click "Save" and... that's it! A
button will appear under the Login area of your network that
looks like this:
Using this button, your users will be asked to confirm the connection, and will then be able to Login to your network using their Twitter accounts! Amazing!

Now that a vibrant community of professional suppliers has grown around SocialGO we plan to launch the SocialGO Pro Service Directory in the very near future.
The purpose is to connect network owners who have a need with professional suppliers who can solve that need. The listing will be FREE for pprofessional suppliers that want to list and FREE for network owners to access.
You can expect to see professional suppliers offering services such as custom development, network moderation, network marketing, affiliate programmes, content management, custom design etc.
The SocialGO Pro Services Directory will initially be found in the Admin Centre of every network next to the Theme Store Tab. Later it will also be features on SocialGO.com.

Use the search function via name, title or studio!
You can then decide if the uploader has the ownership or distribution rights of that clip and decide to keep it on your site or not.
